Who we are
This store is operated by BEAMING. For any privacy request, email hello@beamingbags.com.
What we collect
- Order information — name, shipping address, email, phone and what you bought. This is required to fulfil your order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by PayPal and our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage data — pages viewed, items added to the bag, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), collected through cookies and advertising pixels.
- Communications — emails you send us.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: keeping your shopping bag working (necessary), measuring how the site is used (analytics), and measuring and improving advertising (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics).
You can block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary ones will break the shopping bag. To opt out of personalised advertising, use the ad settings in your Meta or TikTok account, or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
Who we share data with
- PayPal — to process payments
- Our shipping carrier and warehouse — to deliver your order
- Meta, TikTok and Google — for advertising measurement, in aggregated or hashed form
- Our email and support providers — to reply to you
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (California residents under the CCPA/CPRA; EU/UK residents under the GDPR). Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Marketing and analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
