Will the tote fit a laptop?
Yes — the Everyday Tote has a padded, suede-lined sleeve sized for a 14-inch laptop (up to 13.4" × 9.6"). A 16-inch machine will not fit comfortably.
Is it real leather?
The Everyday Tote, Mini City Crossbody and Crescent Hobo are full-grain, pebbled and smooth cowhide leather. The Weekend Duffel is coated cotton canvas with leather trim. The material is listed in the Specs table on every product page, and we never describe a synthetic material as leather.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days. US delivery is 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.
How much is shipping?
A flat $6.95 for US orders, free on orders over $75. We do not currently ship internationally from this store.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us with your order reference and we will send a return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item. Full policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email a photo within 7 days to hello@beamingbags.com. We ship a replacement at our cost and do not ask you to return the damaged item.
How do I care for the leather?
Wipe with a dry cloth and condition twice a year with a neutral leather cream. Keep it out of direct sun and away from radiators — heat is what dries and cracks leather. Store in the dust bag when not in use.
Do the straps fit other bags?
The Interchangeable Chain Strap clips to most D-rings and fits any bag with a ring attachment. If you are unsure, email us a photo of your bag's hardare and we will tell you before you buy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, and debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse in California. This is why delivery is 3–5 days rather than 2–3 weeks.
